Due to the personalized production process, the total production and delivery time is approximately 20–30 business days. As each item is a unique custom-made product, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference or changes of mind. If your order arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us with photos or videos, and we will be happy to assist you.
