Each custom pet clock is individually designed and made based on your pet’s photo and customization details. Because every item is personalized, please allow additional time for the design and production process.

Processing & Production Time

After placing your order, we will create a personalized design based on your pet’s photo. The design preview is usually completed within 1–3 business days, and reasonable adjustments can be made based on your feedback.

Once the design is confirmed, production typically takes approximately 20–30 business days before shipment.

Shipping Time

After production is completed, your order will be shipped using a reliable shipping carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local shipping conditions.

Estimated delivery times do not include design and production time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information so you can follow the delivery progress of your package.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
