Because each custom pet clock is individually designed and made based on your pet’s photo and customization details, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choices, or personal preference.

Once your order has entered the design or production process, cancellations may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue. We will review your request and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or other assistance.
