Custom Products

All of our pet clocks are custom-made products created based on the photos and customization details provided by customers. Each design is individually created for your pet and may vary slightly depending on the reference photos and design requirements.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information, photos, and customization details provided are accurate and that you have the right to use any images submitted to us.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be completed before we begin the production process unless another payment method has been agreed upon.

Once your order has entered the design or production stage, changes or cancellations may not be accepted.

Design Approval

For custom orders, we may provide a design preview for your review before production. Customers may request reasonable adjustments to the design based on their preferences.

Production will begin after the final design details are confirmed.

Product Information

We make every effort to display product details, colors, sizes, and features accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings, materials, and handmade production processes.
